All furniture is made to order and takes approximately 8 weeks to complete. Larger orders may take longer.
Shipping is free to most locations within the continental United States on orders that are over $299.00. This excludes larger, custom items such as kitchen cabinets or other large custom cabinetry. There is an up-charge for shipping to locations that are part of the United States but are not located within the mainland. Locations such as Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and the Virgin Islands are excluded from free shipping. This would also include any locations that are islands such as Nantucket, which is located off the coast of the US. If you are not on the mainland, and must take a boat or ferry to your location, we will have to have this information ahead of time so that we can let you know what your delivery fee will be. Islands that are located on the Great Lakes off the coast of Michigan for example, will also have an up-charge fee for shipping.
Locations within New York City, Staten Island and Long Island, NY will have a fee of $100.00 that will be charged prior to the shipping of your order. We will contact you for payment if your shipping address is located in any of these areas.
All other areas in the United States will receive free shipping! We ship to our Canadian neighbors too, contact us for a quote today!
Your furniture will come straight to you from us. We are the manufacturer of ALL of our furniture - BUY DIRECT!
Drop Shipping Tailgate Delivery - Standard Shipping to all locations for larger furniture pieces will be delivered to the curb or driveway only, by 18 wheeler truck. You are responsible for taking your furniture off of the truck. For large orders, we recommend contacting us to order a lift gate service for your delivery. The shipping company charges $120.00 for a lift gate ordered in advance. Also, the truck drivers are not able to bring furniture into a garage or residence unless you have set this option up with us ahead of time and prior to shipping as well. You may add inside delivery to your order for a fee of $55.00 but this must be arranged at the time the order is placed with us. Any shipping add on accessorial services ordered after your furniture has shipped out will be the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the shipping company. No company discount will be available at this time and the charges will be much more expensive.
Customers must be present when furniture is delivered, and must sign the delivery receipt after inspecting the outside and inside of the pallet for damages. This must be done before the driver leaves. Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt in order for a claim to be filed.
When your order ships, the shipping company will contact you to set up the delivery appointment.
You MUST let us know ahead of time if there is limited access to your location, or if it is in an area that can not be accessed by an 18 wheeler truck. Any additional fees due to these conditions will be the sole responsibility of the customer if we are not notified of this ahead of time.
Please note Deliveries are Monday thru Friday between 9am - 5pm only. There are no Saturday deliveries available with LTL shipping companies.
When you place your order we will need to have a daytime contact number so that the shipping company can contact you to set up your delivery appointment.

Lift Gate Option - For pallets over 100 pounds, you can order a lift gate to lower the pallet to your driveway. Typically this is a $120.00 fee. This works best for customers who do not have help at their location, however we do recommend that you arrange to have someone to help you bring your furniture into the house before the delivery truck arrives. Have a box cutter handy to cut the straps and break down the pallet so that you can inspect the contents before the driver leaves.

Inside Delivery - An add on service that can be ordered through us prior to shipping. Your furniture will be brought to the garage or the first interior room of your delivery location. Contact us for details on this option.
White Glove Service - This is an add on service for customers who wish to have their furniture brought inside a residence and set up. We can make these arrangements for you and give you a quote for this service. Please contact us to add this option to your order.
Local Delivery - Local deliveries are available to locations within 2 hours of our Waseca, Minnesota shop. We can bring your furniture to your front door. If you make arrangements with us ahead of time, we can bring your furniture inside and/or set it up for an additional fee.
Local Pickup - We welcome you to come to our shop to pick up your furniture if that is the option that works best for you. We will offer you a 10 percent discount if you come to our location.
Be sure to have blankets with you to protect your furniture! We will not palletize furniture that is being locally picked up, unless you request this option. We will go over individual options and discounts with you regarding local pick up when you place your order.

Our twelve years of experience in shipping large pieces of furniture, (Even WHOLE KITCHENS) enables us to have your furniture delivered in perfect condition most of the time.
Occasionally there has been damage but this is very rare for our company.
We take extra care to make sure that your furniture arrives in good condition by using foam, thick shipping cardboard and particleboard crating. Next we add shrink wrap to protect from dust and moisture.We then use professional grade straps to strap the crate to custom made wooden pallets.

How to receive your order
The Trucking Company Will Call you to set up a delivery appointment. You must be present to sign for your order.
Prior to Delivery: Arrange to have help on hand if you have not requested inside delivery, especially for large orders. Have a camera or phone ready to take photos of the pallet in case of damage. Photos must be taken with the packaging materials present, and on the truck or lift gate if possible.
Have box cutters or scissors handy to cut the straps for breaking down the pallet which makes it easier to carry inside if multiple pieces are ordered. Also open the package even if there is no external damage showing, to inspect for concealed damage before signing the delivery receipt. Extremely Important!
When the truck arrives - Please inspect the pallet for visible damage and take photos from close up and far away.
Break down the pallet and inspect the contents for damage even if the packaging is in tact.
Please note any damages DIRECTLY ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT and take photos of the whole order, not just a close up. Packing materials need to be in the photos as well.
Being prepared ahead of time will help insure that your delivery will go as smoothly as possible.
Contact us within 48 hours - in the event that there is any damage. We must notify the company and file a claim within 48 hours or the company will assume that the damage occurred after the furniture entered your possession. Therefore all contents must be inspected immediately upon receipt.
If you sign the delivery receipt you are legally signing that your complete order had been delivered free of any defects, free and clear. There is no way to file a claim once you have signed. Unless you note damage on the receipt when you sign, a claim of damages after the fact will be disallowed.
Please note that if you discover any defects with your furniture that were not caused by shipping, we will work with you to resolve those.

Fast Resolution - Even If the damage was caused by shipping, or if we made an error on your order, there is no need to wait until your claim is resolved - we will begin building your replacement parts or entire pieces if necessary, immediately.
